The Sixth Digital China Construction Summit Forum, under the theme of "From the drum tower to the computing age", opened in Gulou District, Fuzhou, on April 26,2010. The summit was co-hosted by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission Council, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Fujian Provincial People's Government. Haoyuan Huaineng was invited to attend the event as an outstanding enterprise in the power industry. It discussed with the industry elite how to optimize and upgrade the construction of digital infrastructure and accelerate the convergence of the computing network in the era of computing, it will help industry to transform into digital industry and enable the development of real economy.

At the meeting, Mr. Liu Weixuan, chairman of Haoyuan Huaineng, delivered a keynote speech entitled“Whole Life Cycle Technology management helps industry digitalization”, to build a green, low-carbon, energy-efficient, safe and reliable data center, from the planning and construction, intelligent operation, optimal management and other aspects of life cycle management technology annotation. The content covers the era background, the development tendency, the solution, the innovation technology and so on. Liu Weixuan said that haoyuanhui is committed to the intelligentization of the power system, with the aim of green, low-carbon and energy-efficient operation, and to determine the energy supply structure at the project planning stage, will build a complete concept of energy efficient management to carry out, optimize energy management. Taking the electric power industry panoramic intelligent transportation inspection system as an example, the paper explains how the whole life cycle technology management can enable the industry to digitize.

At the end of the meeting, haoyuan can reach strategic cooperation with inbev digital, which will be a strong union in the new era. The two sides will deepen strategic cooperation and jointly set up a supercomputing laboratory based on the life-cycle technology management of haoyuan Energy's high-quality power system data and equipment, relying on the research and application of the Supercomputing Center in artificial intelligence, big data analysis and comprehensive utilization of energy, we will launch more intelligent computing products for the energy industry based on the Internet of things, we will promote the digitalization and intelligent transformation of traditional infrastructure, and jointly contribute more to the digitalization of the energy sector and industry.
